Rabbi Yisroel Dovid Goldstein assumed the position of Executive Director in August of 2015, bringing with him a wealth of experience in multiple areas pertinent to Hatzoloh.
In 1998, Rabbi Goldstein joined New York Hatzoloh as a responder. He was there for four years before joining Hatzoloh Toronto in 2003. He became coordinator for the north branch in 2008 where he implemented many progressive changes.
Rabbi Goldstein holds a Masters degree in Education and Leadership. He was a principal for seven years in the Jewish day school elementary sector, followed by 10 years of teaching at Tanenbaum CHAT Wallenberg, serving as the department head for Rabbinical studies for the last three years.
